Questions about junk removal
How much does junk removal in Munich cost?
Loading is priced like a move: €12.50 per m³ on the ground floor or up to floor 1 above ground with an elevator, with a long carry from the apartment door under 15 m, and floor and long carry fees beyond that. Unloading at the recycling center costs €12.50 per m³; disposal fees are billed based on receipts. Travel from our office to the property and the trip from the property to the recycling center cost €3 per km each. For example, 8 m³ of household items from floor 2 above ground without an elevator comes to an estimated €302 plus disposal fees.
How do I estimate the volume in m³?
Picture the items tightly stacked and multiply length × width × height in meters. A stack of 2 m × 1 m × 1 m equals 2 m³, for example. If you’re not sure, send us photos and we’ll estimate it together.
What does the recycling center charge?
Disposal fees depend on the type and amount of waste and on the recycling center’s rates. We bill them based on receipts.
Can I combine a move and a clear-out?
Yes. Just tell us which items are going to your new home and which are going to the recycling center. We include both in our quote.
Do you also work outside Munich?
Yes, in Munich and the surrounding area. Travel from our office to the property is billed at €3 per km.
