The base rate of €12.50 per m³ applies to loading and to unloading separately. It covers carrying on the ground floor, or up to floor 1 above ground with a suitable elevator, with a long carry to the truck of less than 15 meters. The long carry is measured from the apartment door, not from the building entrance: in large apartment complexes the apartment is often another 30 to 40 meters from the entrance. For higher floors and longer carries we charge the fees shown in the price calculator.

Yes. The minimum charge for a move is €450. This includes 2 movers and 1 Sprinter for a total distance of up to 50 km and a maximum of 4 hours on the job. The minimum charge for a transport is €119 (1 driver, 1 vehicle). If the calculated price is lower, the price calculator automatically shows the minimum charge.

We count floors the German way: the ground floor (Erdgeschoss) is floor 0, and floor 1 is the first floor above ground (what Americans call the 2nd floor). Without a suitable elevator, we charge a fee per m³ for every floor from floor 1 above ground: €3 when moving out and €4 when moving in. With a suitable elevator, floor 1 is included in the base rate; from floor 2 above ground each floor costs €1 per m³.

As a rough guide, allow about 10 m³ per room. The inventory list in the price calculator gives you a more precise number. If you're not sure, we're happy to estimate the volume with you.

The packing service costs €25 per hour per mover, plus packing materials based on use. The unpacking service also costs €25 per hour per mover. Furniture disassembly, reassembly and final cleaning are billed separately in our quote. Please note: final cleaning is a broom-clean handover, not a professional cleaning.

Yes. We move you from Munich and the surrounding area to anywhere in Germany and bring your belongings from anywhere in Germany to Munich. For long-distance moves with an overnight stay, a lodging fee of €50 per mover per night is added.

Yes. We move offices and businesses, including IT relocation by qualified specialists. IT relocation is billed based on the work involved.

The same rates apply as for any move. If our crew has to stay overnight on the way, we also charge a lodging fee of €50 per mover per night.

That is up to the agency. We prepare a written cost estimate that you can submit to the Jobcenter, the Agentur für Arbeit or the Sozialamt. Please confirm cost coverage with your agency before you move.

Loading is priced like a move: €12.50 per m³ on the ground floor or up to floor 1 above ground with an elevator, with a long carry from the apartment door under 15 m, and floor and long carry fees beyond that. Unloading at the recycling center costs €12.50 per m³; disposal fees are billed based on receipts. For travel from our office to the property and the trip from the property to the recycling center, we charge €3 per km each.

Travel costs €3 per km, measured from our office at Giggenbacherstraße 11 to the move-out address. The distance between the move-out and move-in addresses is also billed at €3 per km.

We charge a €50 base fee per order, which includes one hour each of loading and unloading time. On top of that comes €3 per km for the whole route from our office to the pickup address and on to the delivery address, whether in the city, on country roads or on the highway. The Sprinter box truck has a cargo space of 450 cm × 200 cm × 225 cm (L × W × H) and a payload of up to 1,000 kg. The pickup or delivery location should be within about 100 km of Munich.

No. We place truck drivers from abroad directly with trucking and freight forwarding companies in Germany. The drivers are hired by our client. The basis is a placement agreement, and we charge a one-time placement fee.
