You describe what you need: number of drivers, license class, type of work, language skills and start date.

Placement agreement
We put the services and the placement fee in writing in a placement agreement.

We recruit suitable truck drivers abroad, select them based on your requirements profile and introduce them to you.

Hiring
You sign the employment contract directly with the driver. You pay the placement fee once, as agreed in the contract.

Questions about direct-hire placement
Are you a staffing agency?
No. We place truck drivers from abroad directly with trucking and freight forwarding companies in Germany. The drivers are hired by our client. The basis is a placement agreement, and we charge a one-time placement fee.
How much is the placement fee?
We agree on the fee with you individually in the placement agreement. It is charged once; there are no ongoing costs.
Which companies is this service for?
For larger trucking and freight forwarding companies in Germany that want to hire professional truck drivers permanently.
What requirements do the drivers have to meet?
You set the professional requirements in your requirements profile, such as license class, experience and language skills. Employment in Germany also requires the legal prerequisites to be met, for example a driver’s license valid in Germany, the professional driver qualification (Code 95) and, for drivers from non-EU countries, a residence permit that allows employment.
