Questions about transport
What fits in the Sprinter box truck?
The cargo space measures 450 cm × 200 cm × 225 cm (L × W × H), about 20 m³ of cargo volume. The payload is up to 1,000 kg. For heavier loads, please ask us for a custom quote.
How much does transport from Munich to another city cost?
You pay a €50 base fee plus €3 per km for the whole route from our office to the pickup address and on to the delivery address. For Munich → Nuremberg with a transport route of about 170 km and 12 km of travel, that comes to €596, for example.
What is dry freight?
Dry freight is cargo that needs no refrigeration or temperature control, such as furniture, boxes, machine parts or packaged goods.
Why does pickup or delivery have to be near Munich?
Our truck is based in Munich. That’s why the pickup or delivery address should be within about 100 km of Munich. For other routes, please ask us for a custom quote.
What if loading or unloading takes longer than an hour?
The base fee includes 1 hour each of loading and unloading time. Longer loading times are not included. Let us know in advance and we’ll include them in our quote.
